We issued a product warning concerning the glazing units (panes) in certain windows manufactured between 1997 and 2003. If you have experienced a pane breakage subject to our product warning, panes are replaced free of charge by Glassolutions, our 24/7 service provider. Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on XXXXXX or via the contact form below.
You are also welcome to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We apologise for any stress or inconvenience caused and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If you are concerned that you may have a window with a glazing unit at risk and would like to check, please follow the link to our dedicated product warning web pages. The instructions there will help you determine if your windows glazing unit is at risk. Since cold weather is a known factor in increasing the risk of breakage, please exercise care when opening the window to read codes and, where possible, try to avoid doing so if the weather is unusually cold. If it is not possible to get the codes safely or if the glass is broken, please provide approximate size of window only.
